If you are not completely satisfied with the product or if you have decided to change the content of your order, please feel free to contact one of our sales associates within 30 days of your purchase date in order to make the necessary arrangements.
Although we have made every effort possible in directing you to the correct version of the product, it is still the customers responsibility to ensure compatibility with the environment in which the product will be installed.
It is also the customer’s responsibility to have provided the correct billing and shipping information.
Depending on the condition of the product and the nature of the return, we may require a 15% restocking fee. This goes to cover all of the activities related to returning the items.
We carry a large inventory to ensure quick delivery, however some items are considered to be built to order since they may not be of a popular dimension, because of this, we may charge a small fee if you cancel your order while the goods are being manufactured.
